For the last 10 years, Margaret has been supporting Senior Leadership Development Progammes - working with organisations who are training their talent pool for future leadership roles. Working to support the training programmes with coaching support to embed best practice.
One client on this programme recently said “Margaret approaches her coaching with a skillful combination of sympathy and rigour. This provided a strong basis for her to challenge my perception of my strengths and weaknesses and to support me as we worked through development ideas. Margaret was adept at bringing in new ideas for changing my behaviour at work and my approach to altering my personal impact. Margaret was perceptive at identifying under-lying concerns about my development, listening attentively to what I had to say and helping un-muddle the issues to ensure a plan for action to enable me to take control of my own development.“ (name and company withheld for confidentiality)
Margaret is a partner with the consulting practice, Synatus (www.synatus.com), a group of senior level consultants with a broad range of skills and sector experience. She is a natural networker, allowing her to draw on the resources of this group in addition to her own international associate network.
